Leeches — clinging, blood-drawing — often touch enemies who overrun your interests, or illness signalled by their bite. The dream may ask who or what is fastening onto you and draining what's yours, where something parasitic has attached itself, and whether a warning of trouble in an unexpected place asks you to pull the clingers off.
