Fawn
A fawn — gentle, trusting, soft-eyed — often touches true and upright friendship and faithfulness in love. Yet to be fawned upon is a different warning. The dream may ask where genuine, tender loyalty surrounds you, and whether someone's flattering cajolery conceals an enemy wearing the guise of an interested friend.

These are the entries the historical dream-books record for fawn, in their own words. They are period voices, not predictions, and they do not always agree with one another.
Gustavus Hindman Miller, 1901
To dream of seeing a fawn, denotes that you will have true and upright friends.
To the young, it indicates faithfulness in love.
To dream that a person fawns on you, or cajoles you, is a warning that enemies are about you in the guise of interested friends.
