Agony
Agony in a dream is intensity of feeling, and it rarely arrives unmixed — worry and pleasure tangled, more of the former than the latter. It can centre on loss, money, or something precious slipping away. The dream tends to ask what we are suffering over, and whether the pain points to what we most value.

To be in agony over the loss of money, or property, denotes that disturbing and imaginary fears will rack you over the critical condition of affairs, or the illness of some dear relative.
